Aetiopathogenesis and clinical picture particularly in context of under nutrition and growth retardation regarding FCPD varies in different socio-economic status and geographical area as well. I felt the urge to explore the unexplained aetiopathology of this multifactorial, fatal disorder, influenced by environmental and genetic factors. I had tried to treat the problem clinically, biochemically and immunogenetically to consolidate all the causative factors, stand responsible for this uncommon hyperglycaemia. I choose the population of gengetic plain of mixed socio-economic status and geographical variation as well. I hope this information will help interested persons to find a clue that lies behind the deadly attack.
