Walford Anglican School for Girls is an independent, Anglican, day and Boarding school for girls'', located in Hyde Park, South Australia.The school is non-selective and caters for approximately 650 students from ELC to Year 12, including 70 boarders. Walford was established in 1893 by Miss Lydia Adamson in her family home in Fisher Street, Malvern. Under her leadership and then that of Miss Ellen Benham, who encouraged the sciences, the school flourished.
